Annual Management Fee

Flat Rate
$500.00/Year (Ex. GST)

  • The annual management fee includes $25/month ($300) for rent collection and quarterly ($200) property insepctions. 

Extra fees are subject to be charged for maintenance. We help to organise the repairs with reputable tradies for $50. 

We charge a leasing fee of the first week of rent plus GST. 

We can help market your property with professional photography with our in house team.
